Welcome to Sue Dowse Art and thank you for familiarising yourself with our Terms and Conditions.

By using the Sue Dowse Art website or by ordering products off this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that all users of our site are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them, and will not fall into the hands of a third party. We would only share information that is necessary to the provision of our services to you such as the courier company or web hosting company.

If we contact you with related special offers and promotions we will give you the chance to refuse any future marketing material via an unsubscribe function.

RETURN POLICY

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is extremely important to us.

In compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, you are entitled to a refund if the products you purchased are:

• damaged in transit

• completely different than shown on the website

• receiving an incorrect quantity or not as ordered

• faulty workmanship

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.

MAKING A RETURN OR REFUNDING

Please email us at suedowseart@gmail.com your contact details, the items purchased, the date of purchase and the reason for your return. We will advise how to return the product at that time.

If the products are returned, they must be:

• unused and in original condition and packaging

• in an undamaged, saleable condition upon return (for those items that weren’t damaged in transit)

• returned within two weeks of purchase

Where a refund is approved we will arrange the method of payment directly with you.

FINANCIAL SECURITY

Financial information including credit cards is used to obtain payment for goods you have ordered from us. This information is never actually received by us. The page where this information is given by you is controlled by PayPal and never touches our system.

All content of the Sue Dowse Art website including collage artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, product images and interfaces are the property of Sue Dowse and are protected by Australian and International copyright laws.

You must not reproduce, copy, duplicate, modify, display or distribute any information or artwork contained in the Sue Dowse Art website.

If you buy an original collage artwork piece Sue Dowse maintains the copyright and can produce a printed version of that original, which can be sold as a print.

All photographs or videos of sold collage artwork pieces may still be used by Sue Dowse Art on any social media platforms or in any form of advertising to promote Sue Dowse Art.

POSTAGE, HANDLING & DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made by post/courier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order.

Once you have placed an order and the order has been paid for, we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days for all original collage artworks.

All paper prints are individually made to order and as such require more time. We aim to dispatch these within 14 days.

We are not liable for any delay in postage.

LIABILITY

The parties acknowledge that the maximum aggregate amount which a party may recover in respect of all or any claims is the amount paid for the product.

JURISDICTION

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of or exercising jurisdiction in that State.
